This service also performs determinations on entire portfolios – making the process even faster and more cost effective.
- Life-of-Loan Flood Zone Determinations – This service combines a flood zone determination with flood zone map tracking and follow-up reports for the life of a loan. You’ll receive automatic notification within 60 days of any changes to the flood zone, map or community status of the property. As a result, you will not need to re-order determinations and you can be confident that your flood zone information is accurate for the life of the loan.
- HMDA-LAR Flood Zone Determinations – Ensure higher levels of compliance with the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) by using the HMDA Loan Application Report (LAR) to automatically identify geo-code information. A HMDALAR Flood Zone Determination returns geographic indicators for census tract, county code, state code and Metropolitan Statistical Area.
